Adrienne is an adored horror film actress. From her beginnings as a dancer she worked her way to glory as a genre actor in film feature. In her role as a determined and resolute Rizzo the Broadway part in Grease was a highlight of her career. Her character being the sister of Bea Arthur's character on the popular sitcom Maude is regarded as an important work. The character was later cast as Bea Arthur's daughter character in Maude, the sitcom on television that was immediately a hit. Her comic performance in The Cannonball Run & Back to School were also well-received. She was also the voice of Cat Woman in the Batman animated series. For her second go to make animations she voiced the villainous character Helga Guggen. She has also written three books, including an autobiography titled There's no better thing you could be doing.
